A drunk driver hit this East Hill porch badly damaging the structure. My helper and I rebuilt the porch to be stronger than ever without changing the look of the structure.

I hung a French door where a chimney and fireplace once stood. The inset oak floor detail fills the recess from the removal of the hearth.
I installed flooring throughout this architecturally significant prairie style house.
Retreading these stairs with bamboo flooring was a fun challenge.
Belle Sherman Kitchen 2020. I was the foreman on this project that turned a dilapidated 3 season porch into a new kitchen.
Screened in Porch. I field designed this screened in porch with some help from the talented Zack Fox based on pintrest photos provided by the homeowner. Zack and I built the structure together.
Screen Door. I built the custom screen door for the screened in porch project at my home shop.
Custom Screen Door. The door was mounted with barn door style sliding hardware so loose tenons glued and clamped was all that was necessary to build a strong door.

Landing and Flooring. I remodeled a section of a garage into a pantry. After waterproofing and leveling the concrete slab I installed cdx as a subfloor and glued down engineered oak flooring. The large tread and riser of solid oak are covering the original concrete step-down into the garage.
